Ticket Management
The Ticketing API provides complete ticket management, including ticket creation, updates, resolution, closure, and cancellation. It enables communication between Colt and customer systems for both reactive (customer-raised) and proactive (Colt-raised) tickets.
Planned Works / Change Management
The Planned Works API enables Colt to send Customers details of any planned works that impact their services: date and time of works, outage duration, and impacted circuits. Scheduled works, Updates, Reschedules, cancellations, completion (successful/ unsuccessful ) etc. are part of this service.
