Voice Billing APIs
APIs to enable you to download daily or consolidated unrated call records (CDRs) for your end-customer billing, or rated monthly CDRs and non-usage charges such as number activation or port-in charges for your cost reconciliation.

Wholesale SIP Number Management
A comprehensive set of APIs which underpin Colt’s Wholesale SIP service. These APIs enable you to activate new phone numbers and port-in existing phone numbers to Colt in a sandbox environment with a “try it out” feature or in the production environment.

Customer Registration Number (VAT) validation API
API to validate the VAT / tax ID of an end-customer against the information held by the EU Commission

Voice Address Management
A comprehensive set of APIs which enable you to validate an end-customer's address against the recognised national database e.g. Post Office, find a valid Local Area Code (LAC) for a given address and retrieve an address based on an address ID. You can test these API in a sandbox with a “try it out” feature or in production.

Voice NGN Access Management
OAuth 2.0 protocol is implemented to generate access token of JWT token (applicable for 30 mins only) with client credential grant type. You can request up to 5 CLIENT IDs + CLIENT Secret per company account.

Voice NGN Number Management

MEF APIs
Ondemand supports the MEF Sonata API specification used by carriers for inter-network connectivity. It enables customers to directly integrate with the Colt On Demand platform and place orders for Ethernet Virtual Private Line services from their own BSS/OSS platforms.
TMF Trouble Ticket API
The Trouble Ticket API provides a standardized client interface to Trouble Ticket Management Systems for creating, tracking and managing trouble tickets as a result of an issue or problem identified by a customer or another system.
SDN API
On demand platform supports custom build API, the "SDN API". They allow customers to order and configure data connectivity services and bypass the traditional service delivery process. They provide on demand ethernet, ipaccess and cloud connectivity solution. The API supports bandwidth flexing, boosting the existing bandwidth, port diversity. The connection can also be ceased using the API. We now support connectivity to offnet locations as well.
Planned Works & Change Management API
The Planned Works API enables Colt to send Customers details of any planned works that impact your services: date and time of works, outage duration, and impacted circuits. Scheduled works, Updates, Reschedules, cancellations, completion (successful/ unsuccessful ) etc. are part of this service.
